Ovarian epithelial carcinomas: 

The majority of ovarian epithelial tumours are benign. However, the most prevalent kind of ovarian cancer is malignant epithelial tumours, sometimes referred to as epithelial ovarian carcinomas. Germ cell tumours: 

These tumours start in the reproductive cells, which are found in women's eggs and men's sperm.
